Arlton

He's an adult Lynx, with reddish fur and black spots, a lean but well defined and muscular body. He has a confident and playful attitude, but always down to earth. He’s also married and has two twin daughters, of whom he’s very proud and they return that feeling. He's a senior sergeant of the Sycophants corps of Lynxes’ kingdom, respected but anonymous, and this allows him to take orders directly and only from the two Governors.

He's well acquainted with his work as an undercover spy and informant, and he takes this job very seriously. He knows that the control of information is one of the strongest weapons that can be used to maintain peace and stability of kingdoms, and well knows how to do so.

While making his appearance already in the first season, he will become a full-fledged protagonist only starting from the second, at the beginning of which his intentions and position will be clarified. Initially he has the role of a boastful smartass, always with a smoking pipe lit up in his hands, convinced to know everything about other races, and with a haughty and disillusioned behavior. But his belief that all Anthro races are inexplicably driven by evil, overpowering and naivety will begin to lose sense by the end of the third season. After seeing Ardeel's bravery as he fights to protect formerly unfriendly kingdoms' soldiers, after seeing a petty thief like Tamar enter the fray of battle and after discussing politics and honesty with Robitho's earthly ease, all his previous ideas will begin to lose firmness.
Although at the beginning he has no interest in his fellow adventurers, starting from the fourth season onwards he will find himself bound in close friendship with them. Robitho's death, in particular, will be a severe emotional blow for him, and it will be thanks to Arlton and to his insistence during the negotiations at the end of the war against Rat people, that kingdoms of the western border will decide to unite under the banner of the new Nava kingdom.

He's a valid swordsman, armed with an elegant rapier, but his best skills lie in stealth and in the use of metamagic illusions, thanks to which he manages to sneak anywhere and deceive any opponent. He's also followed by a tamed hawk, called Eye, with whom he often shares an empathic bond allowing him to see through its eyes.
