Fighting Guild

The ancient and prestigious schools of arms from all Yanìs united in a single guild during ancient times. The Fighting guild is perhaps the third oldest, after the Arcane and the Spiritual guilds. It brings together the most skilled combat masters and warlords, providing their patrons with assurance in hiring fighters who are proficient in the most ancient and renowned warfare techniques.

It is evident that the Fighting guild and its members are in high demand across the planet. Everyone, sooner or later, requires strong warriors and mercenaries, to some extent, who are willing to risk their lives for their customers. However, it is important to differentiate between the guild's affiliates and common mercenaries. While it is often impossible to trust mercenary armies that are deceitful and devoted only to making a profit, members of the Fighting guild can always be trusted.

It is vital for the guild that its warriors adhere to the agreed-upon contracts until the end. If a patron accuses a member of the Fighting guild of treachery, they will be immediately expelled from the guild for life.

Order of Armigers

The specialty of this order is training the most skilled and experienced fighters that can be found. Regardless of the weapons or armor they use, or their experience with martial techniques, the main goal of the Order of Armigers is to train its members in both warfare skill and tactical wisdom. This is certainly the most renowned order, to which all fighters aspire: from simple mercenaries trained in the dunes of Mehak to the ziggurats' keepers of the Hissing Empire, from the willful defenders of the Neekiw mountains to the noble warriors in the service of Iwara maharajas.

Order of Esoterics

The specialty of this order is the ability to mix combat skill with magic skill. The unique techniques of the Esoterics are based on the knowledge and use of meta-magic to increase and/or improve the properties of their weapons and armor by channeling the power of their life force directly into them. Some Esoterics were formerly Arteficers who later decided to abandon the forge and devote themselves more strictly to fighting, re-adapting their meta-magic knowledge to a more immediate use, albeit with a shorter duration over time.

Order of Knights

The specialty of this order is cavalry, namely the ability to fight on horseback across the battlefield. Whether they are lancers or archers on horseback, or fighters on carriages or war chariots, or even trainers and riders of strange creatures, members belonging to this order are the best saddled warriors that can be found. Although many believe that the epithet "Knight" refers to nobles, even squires and simple errant riders possess the same skill as noble horsemen and hold the title of Knight as members of this order. Many nobles from all over Yanìs are also trained by this order.

Order of Phalanges

The specialty of this order is to train the front lines of a strong army. The members of the Order of Phalanges are considered the best elements of heavy infantry in all Yanìs. Skilled fighters use heavy armor or huge shields and are often armed with mighty two-handed weapons. The Phalanges specialize not only in resisting head-on collisions more than anyone else, but also in charging the enemy with terrifying force of impact. This order prides itself on attracting only the strongest, physically speaking, and offering its customers the biggest and most powerful muscles in the world.

Order of Snipers

The specialty of this order is aiming, attacking from a distance, and training the best shooters in the world. Although bows and arrows are the intuitive symbol of Snipers, this order aims to train the use of any throwing weapon, whether it be crossbows, javelins, slings, or other weapons capable of mortally striking the enemy from a considerable distance. Like the Order of Hunters, the Order of Snipers also tends to attract members with keen patience and a calculating mind able to land a great precision shot in a few moments, even in adverse weather conditions.
