Kalaukeke

The powerful and tireless deity of competition came to life when the challenge roar of Zundoey to Ayrus echoed through the skies of Yanìs.

Kalaukeke is considered the Stormy Master who tests the resilience of mortals, the Playful Wrestler, and the Athletic Instructor.
Walnut, apes, and obsidian are sacred to Kalaukeke and are required in sacrifices and ceremonies. Its priests are required to wear dark blue robes with primarily gray and yellow decorations, and are well-trained in combat with flails. However, any weapon is considered suitable for Kalaukeke, as long as the battle is worth fighting.

Kalaukeke is primarily revered as the deity of competitions and friendly challenges, but its cult is also often associated with the arrival of natural cataclysms that cannot be faced. Kalaukeke claims that it has to test mortals because only those who can overcome the worst adversities are deserving of survival, procreation, and considering themselves fortunate. Despite this, Kalaukeke is not a cruel deity, on the contrary, it is always the first to bestow congratulations, prizes, and rewards to those who deserve them, often in very generous ways. As any sports game is considered a battle between opposing teams, Kalaukeke is also considered a deity of war. Unlike the three divine twins, however, its wars are not fought for honor, defense, or conquest, but only for the sake of the fight itself.
It is a good-humored deity often on good terms with most other deities, or at least with those who would compete in physical challenges honestly. In particular, its favorite challenge partner is Dykren. While Dykren spurs new challenges to avoid the monotony of a boring life, Kalaukeke spurs others to challenge each other to prove who is the best, the strongest, the fastest, and so on, without fear of losing. Facing a challenge is already an act of courage, and recognizing one's opponent as better when they have deserved it is an indispensable rule.

The mighty deity of battle manifests itself as a muscular anthropomorphic hybrid between a tortoise and a gorilla, with a crocodile tail and a mighty shell similar to a carapace. Its body is covered in fur and scales, both of a gray-blue color similar to that of stormy clouds.
