Kudan

Kudan is the second child of Azlean and Najan, born of insidious nature. It is the Queen of Abyss and the spouse of Thialon.
Kudan is revered as the Imperious Torturer, the Mother-of-all-Pain and the Divine Untorer. It is also considered as the protector and inspirer of the executioners and torturers and the cultivator of the world's diseases.
Fungi, spiders, and brimstone are sacred to Kudan and are required in sacrifices and ceremonies. Its priests wear black robes with acid green and scarlet decorations. They are well-trained in combat with crossbows, and any weapon that can be soaked in poison and used subtly is welcome.
Kudan is also highly regarded for its divine botanical and alchemical abilities, although it strays immensely from Azlean by using plants' properties to bring pain, disease, and death. It is a slimy deity that is capable of anything to achieve its goals. It is said that Kudan clouded Thialon's mind with a love potion to get married.
Although its cult is rejected by most races and is venerated only in small temples hidden in the darkest and most unhealthy swamps, many rulers entrust their prisons and enemy spies to the "care" of the priests of Kudan. However, Kudan teaches its followers that poison and diseases make creatures strong. Those who overcome serious diseases or the pains of poison are worthy of respect, proving themselves stronger. This makes the priests of Kudan not entirely trustworthy to rulers because if a prisoner can withstand their torture, then they are worthy of being released. Whether unharmed or not, this is another matter.
Since Kudan is the deity of diseases, wherever its priests go, disease and misfortune often follow. Therefore, when a priest of Kudan passes by, most people perform superstitious gestures, often evident and without shame.
Kudan shows itself as the majesty of all venoms, a monstrous hybrid between an anthropomorphic toad and a shark. It has slimy, red-colored skin covered with pustules and buboes, a wide mouth with three rows of sharp teeth and two long saber fangs, and a dorsal fin set between the back and neck.
