Mizame is one of the children of Azlean and Najan, born from the joy and impetuosity of life.

Mizame is the only deity of the second generation who has not married or fathered children. It is considered the Heavenly Whore, the Free Thinker, and the Mad Drunkard, inspiring all those who indulge in the pleasures of drunkenness, sex, and fun.
Tobacco, rabbits, and bath salts are sacred to Mizame and are required in sacrifices and ceremonies. Its priests wear fuchsia robes with decorations primarily in bordeaux and orange, and they are well-trained in combat with truncheons, which can be excellent toys as well as valuable weapons.

Mizame's dogma is primarily a way of life that involves whims and abandonment, free from the shackles of customs, law, inhibitions, or morals. Freedom is considered the fundamental value, superior to good and evil. Mizame encourages its followers to celebrate the freedom to live in every respect, to enjoy all pleasures without social or moral restrictions stifling their passions. Although the ideals promoted by Mizame are always good and caring, it doesn't expect anyone to arm themselves to defend a cause. Therefore, its priests are more often skilled brewers and disinhibited prostitutes than fighters.
Although various cultures revere Mizame, there are very few places of worship built in its honor. This is due to the fact that Mizame's priests, in the grip of alcohol and drugs, become impetuous and harmful. Mizame isn't bothered by this lack of temples, saying that mortals worship it every time they drink, smoke, copulate, or laugh rudely. All these activities, precisely because they are free from all restrictions of life, are done in its honor. Wine and beer, Mizame says, are among the joys of life, and the only thing better than making them is drinking them.

The mischievous and frivolous Mizame appears as an anthropomorphic hybrid between a horse and a cow, with the head and six prosperous breasts of a cow and the body of a horse. It is covered in low lioness fur, mostly dressed in a provocative and sensual way, and often very drunk.
