Najan

Najan is known as the Elder Breeder, the Hunting Teacher, and the Communities' Herdsman.
It is responsible for discovering agricultural techniques and animal breeding. Najan is considered the wise protector of small communities that rely on nature and is the spiritual guide of hunters, farmers, and breeders.
Wheat, roes, and flint are sacred to it, and they are required in sacrifices and ceremonies. Its priests wear green robes decorated primarily in ochre and dark red. They are well trained in combat with spears, which symbolize the weapons of hunters, as well as rudimentary hoes and spades used by farmers.
Najan is a dual deity of both the natural world and civilized communities. Its cult is closely related to Druidic traditions but differs from them. Unlike the Druids, who advocate for absolute devotion to natural balance, Najan does not prevent its followers from draining swamps, building small dams and canals, or training animals for work. While the Druids believe that agriculture must follow the natural environment and the course of seasons, and that breeding is an unnatural practice that should be avoided as much as possible, Najan argues for communities to thrive by respecting the environment and exploiting all available resources.
Despite being one of the most well-liked deities, Najan often strongly disagrees with Caamiran because it does not favor the construction of large fortified cities. The cities of Caamiran often leave fields and farms outside the high stone walls because they do not need defenses. Najan argues that communities should be smaller and protect their resources. Thus, it prefers small wooden palisades for villages where each house has its garden and its animals are always close and well-guarded.
Najan appears as a hybrid between an anthropomorphic she-wolf and a male stag. It has the torso, head, and tail of a wolf, while its legs, horns, and hooves are those of a stag. Its body is covered in thick green skin made of grass instead of fur, and its hooves, claws, horns and fangs are made of steel.
