DAESMÖAR

Also known as the King of the Deeps, this creature was born of Worak's perversion at the beginning of time and is as rare as it is dangerous. It averages well over 100 feet in length and has four terrifying rows of sharp fangs, making it one of the scariest predators on the planet. Fortunately for the vast majority of Anthro peoples, it's also incredibly rare to encounter. The few Daesmöars on the planet live within the deepest ocean faults, in places that are often difficult to reach, even for the majestic members of the Thalassial subgenus.
Their bodies are usually bluish-black, thin and vertically flattened, with a serpentine shape and four majestic fins. Two dorsal and two ventral fins of blood-red color cross it from the nape to the tip of the tail. Their snouts are thin, elongated and horizontally flattened and could vaguely resemble that of a gharial. Despite their massive size, Daesmöars swim incredibly fast and can easily outrun even the most agile ships.
Having a rudimentary intellect, they can understand and even pronounce some words or phrases in various languages. However, when they speak, they tend to mix them together, making it difficult to understand. This rudimentary rational and verbal capacity doesn't make them talkative or open-minded creatures. Quite the contrary, the rare times that someone heard them utter words, and miraculously survived to tell it, they said that those were words of threat, with the sole purpose of terrifying their victims even more before an imminent death.
Few, rare, and highly unwary are the Alchemists or Occultists who would go in search of a Daesmöars for ingredients and anatomical parts. However, if someone were lucky enough to find a corpse, many of its parts would certainly be considered academic wealth.
