The planet Yanìs is not inhabited solely by animals, plants, and Anthro races.
The Ancients Fallen also enjoyed giving life to strange, weird, and even magical creatures. Most of these creatures were created by the Ancients Fallen during the time of myth and the incessant battles between light and shadow. The Great Mother Yanìs also created some of these creatures before the coming of the Deities, and only a few, the Astrals and Elementals, were finally created by the Gods of the Ring.
 

Fortunately for Anthro societies, these bizarre creatures are few in number and not very prolific. For example, there are only about twenty Dragons in the entire planet. This rarity is a boon for civilized races because many of these creatures are very dangerous. Some, like Basilisks or Shedu, are mostly mischievous, while others, like King-of-Deeps and Du-dwa-tu, are extremely aggressive and ravenous.

However, their presence is one of the main reasons that led to the formation of the guilds by some "schools" of mercenaries. These guilds provide expert adventurer services to those who need to explore areas infested by these creatures.
